The Trans Calendar Project is a non for profit collective of trans* identified individuals working for positive social change through art. Our mission is to create an annual calendar as a way to represent ourselves through our own eyes, in all our diversity of identities and narratives. This not only empowers our own trans communities, but serves as a way to raise awareness and combat transphobia. By supporting our project, you will be providing trans* artists with much needed employment opportunities as well as an international platform to showcase their work. Half of our profits are allocated for project members struggling to finance their gender transitions- helping them to significantly improve their quality of life. This can include things such as name and gender marker changes, gender affirming surgeries, hormones and laser hair removal. The other half of profit goes directly back into the project.
