Tasty Thursday! Healthy food choices! Different foods have an effect on your weight, health, and mood. What type of choices are you making? The 80/20 eating healthy rule is we should eat 80% of healthy meals and 10 % of exercise. We eat more then we exercise on a daily basis. Its ok to have a cheat days but not every day. Self discipline, prayer, and having a support system helps a person to get on the right track and live a healthier lifestyle. There is a super key thing to do......read and understand food labels and serving sizes. It will help you understand healthy and unhealthy things you are putting into your body and help you from overeating.
