We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Team Administrator to support Team Managers. Your overall responsibility would be to provide comprehensive administration support and act as a liaison between Operations and Support, ensuring the demands of Operations are met. This position is based in Cape Town and will report directly into the Duty Manager Job Specification: • Ensure administrative support duties for the Team Managers are conducted accurately, efficiently and updated • Assisting and follow up with absenteeism forms to HR • Manage calls for Duty Manager • Process all leavers and resignation forms • Analysis and reporting • Be continuously aware of the confidential nature of the information used and collected by the department and seek to ensure that this is accordingly protected • Problem solving and trouble shooting by constantly reviewing working practices within the team and being proactive in recommending and implementing new initiatives • Ensure all communication is professional, accurate, timely and in line with Serco standards Minimum Requirements: • Minimum 2 years relevant working experience with a strong focus on administration within a team environment – \ preferably within a call center environment • Matric of equivalent • MS Office knowledge essential • Proven record of business writing skills essential • Excellent command of English language • Ability to work shifts essential Behavioural Competencies: • Adaptability – The ability to adjust to change within the working environment, while maintaining effectiveness • Attention to detail – Maintains a project checklist covering all details which may be overlooked timely and effective manner • Problem solving – The ability to identify, analyse, organize and solve issues and problems in a timely and effective manner • Ability to analyse, identify and solve problems in a timely and effective manner • Planning and organising: ability to establish a course of action for self or others to accomplish a specific goal; planning proper assignment of personnel and appropriate allocation of resources • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders Please Note: • Incomplete application forms will not be accepted To Apply: • Email your CV: careers@sercoafrica • Reference: Team Administrator #jobs #servicecenter #callcenter #work
