Technical Lead (Web Infrastructure & Network Security) - Permanent position ($45k) Responsibilities: • plan, design, organize, and deliver solutions to meet both IT internal and Business users requirement in the areas of WEB Infrastructure and Network Security • provide 7x24 on the phone support to IT Operations in Incident management on the production web infrastructure to ensure maximum web service availability to our customers • identify root causes of the production problems and provides resolutions to the problems • plan and implement Technology Refreshment to ensure healthiness of equipment to sustain business continuity • ensure network security related solutions to be complied with the Information Security policies • regularly review and provide technology refreshment proposal on Web Infrastructure and network security equipment to ensure their healthy maintenance status • perform regular performance analysis and monitoring so as to provide a capacity planning on the e-Channel web infrastructure • provide cost effective VPN solutions for remote access and remote site connection • support, maintain, and upgrade existing Web Management System. Requirements: • a bachelor degree with 6 – 8 years of hands-on experience in Web Infrastructure and Network Security areas • good command of both spoken and written English • demonstrated experience in dealing with web infrastructure based equipment and web technology, such as Cache server (F5, Netcache and Bluecoat), Load balancer (F5 and Foundry), Firewall systems (Fortinet, PaloAlto, Checkpoint, etc), IPS/IDS, Proxy & QoS (Bluecoat), SSLVPN, Cisco switch and router, BGP & OSPF routing protocols, multiple-factor authentication, log consolidation, encryption and key management, risk and vulnerability detection and mitigation and security assessment • PMP, CISSP or CISA or equivalent certification is a plus Interested parties please forward your full resume with current and expected salary to the Human Resources and Administration Department, CandidatesDB Limited (人才庫有限公司), by e-mail to cv@CandidatesDB or by fax 2633 5218.
