The Recruiter will lead in all recruiting efforts from A to Z. If you’re a self-motivated, goal driven individual with a commitment to finishing tasks from beginning to end, then Data Path wants to hear from you! DUTIES: • Communicate with management on recruiting needs and status updates of each position • Create, update and maintain Job Descriptions • Research and post open positions on Job Boards • Phone Screen Candidates for their specific role • Provide online assessments for all positions • Communicate with management and schedule interviews with candidates • Update management calendars with interview schedules • Conduct all interviews in tandem with hiring manager • Prepare and extend all offer letters and New Hire packages • Create Orientation and Training schedules for new hires • Conduct new hire follow-up meetings with new hires • Attend local Job Fairs and business social events to find new candidates • Work closely with and support Co-Founder and Business Manager in general administrative duties when recruiting is slow REQUIREMENTS: • Minimum of 3 years experience in Human Resources and/or Recruiting • Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Must be able to wear multiple hats to take on the variety of tasks that will be given • Self-starter with a motivation to succeed and help with the growth of Data Path • Experience in marketing is a plus If you feel you’ve got what it takes to fulfill this role, send your resume to Eren Long at jobs@mydatapath or fax to 888-542-2887 with the position title that you’re interested in.
