Thank-FULL! Thats what I am today as I think of all that God has done this past year and as I anticipate all that He is doing as we this year ends and I anticipate the new year ahead. Living a life FULL to Thanksgiving year round is so important for all of us. God loves an attitude of gratitude! Sure, there are things that bother us, hurts and pains we have experienced but the mercy, grace and love of God so supersedes all of that in our lives when we choose to live with grateful hearts. When I think of the word Happy in Happy Thanksgiving I would love to replace it with JOY-FULL Thanksgiving! Happy is based on what is happening... our circumstances. JOY is a spiritual force that we can have regardless of what is happening around us. Choose JOY today as you focus on the God who provides! This Thanksgiving Day I pray for each of you a day full of JOY and of remembering WHO HE IS...ALL THAT HE HAS DONE...AND ALL THAT WE HAVE IN HIM AND THROUGH HIM! ACTS 17:28, In Him we live and move and have our being. COLOSSIANS 3:15-17, And let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, to which indeed you were called in one body. And be thankful. Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly, teaching and admonishing one another in all wisdom, singing psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, with thankfulness in your hearts to God. And whatever you do, in word or deed, do everything in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him. Give Thanks today! He is with you and He is FOR you!
