Thank you God for lightening bolts! You hurt them---they hurt you---sometimes the damage done to a relationship, and by whom, is as deep as a cosmic wormhole, and do any of us know what a wormhole really is? We all go years sometimes, with no communication with that friend, and with a sense of eroding hope of reconciliation to ease our guilt or anger. Thats what you feel when you are left with nothing in the way of communication, for someone you greatly loved. And then some event, like a death in your family or theirs, brings that friend back. You hear their voice and talk for awhile, and you lose or ignore all that is bad in your soul for them. You feel so restored! LIGHTENING! I learned a lesson here recently. Christ loves us unconditionally and asks that we do the same for others, and its so hard to love those who have hurt or outright abandoned us, but we dont live on our time----never did, never will. If we can look and live in our hearts for awhile, and we know we love and miss someone who no longer darkens our door, then by the love we have in our heart for them, we can reach out to them. And if they reject us, then we reach out again. We are responsible for our own character, and All Mighty God helps us fragile folks with that. I am so thankful that I am reminded of Gods healing powers and patience. I am restored to my friend!
