Thank you Sadia for nominating me. I was waiting for someone to nominate me for a long time and had my answer ready in an excel file. I am also waiting for someone to nominate me for the ALS challenge. J/K. Anyway here goes: 1. Humayun Ahmed Books. Even if I had to list down 50 books most likely the list will be dominated by his writings. So lets count this as one. His writing shaped my personality in many ways for both positive and negative. 2. New Syllabus Mathematics 1, Lee Peng Yee. This is the book that changed my life. This book made me realize i loved math and was quite good at it. 3. Tin Goyenda Series, Rokibul Hasan. On many an afternoon my mother used to force me to go to bed after i came from school and had my lunch. But I couldnt sleep out of excitement because I was the 4th detective. 4. History of Cricket, Wisden. This was a book from our school library. It had all the scorecards from the beginning of cricket till 1974 along with brief reports on all of the series (mostly tests except after 1970) that took place. My amazing knowledge on cricket history is totally because of this one. 5. Enid Blyton and Roald Dahl books. I didnt need TV series or random newsfeed scrolling back in the day. 6. Around the world in 80 days, Jules Verne. Most likely my single most favorite novel of all time. I dream of embarking on the same journey using the same means someday. (with the same bet amount) 7. Marketing Warfare, Jack Trout and Al Ries. My marketing strategy handbook. 8. Blue Ocean Strategy, W. Chan Kim and Renée Mauborgne. Its not only a marketing philosophy. Its a philosophy very much applicable to most aspects of life itself. 9. Linchpin, Seth Godin. Again another philosophy book. 10. Super System, Doyle Brunson. A beginners poker handbook. Its influence is way beyond poker and into economics, game theory and life overall. Wanted to include so many more but I hate breaking rules. Rifaqat Arf Ashik list your 10 books!
