Thank you all for the support, love, and prayers. We ran into several complications yesterday starting off with an allergic reaction to the antibiotic. They gave me a high dose of something else to counteract that which caused a severe panic attack. The sedation was not strong enough through the first part of my surgery and was terribly painful. Waking up to find out that the device was not big enough because the hole has grown to 20MM was devastating to say the least. I am hanging in there and am comfortably at home resting until my open heart surgery which will be within the next 2 weeks.
