Thank you for the lovely comments and reviews that you have been posting about my handmade tarts on Facebook. That is what makes it all worthwhile - it takes 70 hours hand making pastry cases, preparing all of the vegetables, preparing the meats and game for 1 Farmers Market. As many of you I work right through the night baking tarts and almond slices to bring warm to the market.
