Thank you for the reminder ~~ Orange County Emergency Management **EXTREME HEAT** As O.C. continues our weekend of extreme heat area residents are reminded to drink plenty of water, remain in shaded areas where possible, and use fans / air conditioners where possible. Please do NOT leave pets in cars even just for a few minutes and ALWAYS double check the car for any children who may have been left behind...even if you already checked, check again! OCEM would like to ask for all residents to check on friends and neighbors and remember - the young and elderly are particularly vulnerable to the heat, please help keep an eye on them and each other.
