#ThankfulThursday - Long-time #GKTW friend Davidson Hotels & Resorts really outdid themselves this time! At this week’s Davidson By Design, Annual Leadership Conference, this wonderful partner highlighted its special relationship with Give Kids The World in several ways. First, the Davidson associates in attendance were treated to “Ice Cream For Breakfast” (ICFB) served up by GKTW President Pam Landwirth, ICFB Celebrity Spokesperson Emily Ellyn and special GKTW former wish child Alyssa Pietruszka! Pam and Alyssa also presented the “Give Kids The World Award” to the Renaissance St. Louis Airport Hotel in recognition of their tremendous fundraising support including the unique “Float For Hope” event down the Mississippi River last year. Davidson is a longtime partner having raised just under $2 million for GKTW. Support continues to grow at each property with ICFB being their top fundraiser raising over $108,000 last year. Other creative events include silent auctions, galas, golf and bowling tournaments and much more. Thank you to our friends at Davidson and also the beautiful host hotel, Hyatt Chicago Magnificent Mile.
