Thanks Chuck Spinney for this great input from your blog site the Blaster. . It is about how the DoD bureaucracy deals with whistle-blowers a term I hate. At a deeper and cultural level, it is the decline of being honest or the upholding of ethics as the most important aspect of being a person. Today, societys new value system is things, money and time. To me it remains do the right thing, especially when no one is watching. That is strength of character. But in contrast, all you see all over TV, magazines, and social media is how much money a person makes, how much power they have (in terms of societal definitions), not about doing the right thing. I am called a Maverick by hundreds of different person; and though hundreds, maybe even thousands have told me they respect me for constantly saying the right things, and making others think, I am also punished for being a whistle-blower for exposing how antiquated the US military personnel system is, and how self-serving many of those in position of power are by maintaining at all costs the status-quo. chuckspinney.blogspot/2015/01/the-taylor-report.html
