Thanks everyone for the thoughts and prayers! Lonnie is hangin out in a bed and fine as long as the morphine pump keeps a workin ;) As far as we know, he should be in surgery sometime tomorrow. As far as recovery or outcome, all we have been told thus far is that he will likely not be able to bear weight on his right leg for three months and that the riding career is NOT over, but he will be out the rest of the summer and fall! He has been told by some that the horses need to go, but well you can imagine how that would go over with either one of us LOL
