Jam Master Jay (RUN DMC AND THE MASTER JAY HHHHHHHHHHUH) jam master jay commercialized DJing on a international scale, this guy defined a generation not only with being a DJ but being part of RUN DMC, this guy manufactured the beats and the music for the band, the guy is a genius, still have RUN DMC records in mint condition , the only vinly that a would never get rid of. youtube/watch?v=_hN1SKVx31s 3. Frankie Knuckles (THE GODFATHER OF HOUSE MUSIC) where do you start when you speak of a true master of his trade, frankie wasnt only a DJ , he was the father of a genre one that we all love today that is HOUSE MUSIC, you see thousands every year dance to a simple beat at festivals this guy is one or probably the main reason behind it, he is the coolest guy ever to watch play, he sits on a chair and just moves his head. youtube/watch?v=LOLE1YE_oFQ 4.Carl Coxx (OHH YES OHH YES) where do you begin to praise this legend the guy is a god in my eyes, and one of the nicest guys i have ever spoke to, had the pleasure of speaking to him at the radisson in town and above all the fame and international stardom the guy hasnt changed, not big headed not arrogant just a true gentleman and a person you should all look up to, and dont get me started on his 4 deck mixing jeeez! youtube/watch?v=FBIj6Qt2o7A 5. Deorro (TON!C), this lad two years ago had nothing, not a penny his life was going no where, up to his eye balls in debt, but he stuck at his music when everyone around him said to stop you will never succeed, did he listen NAH, and he is a true definition of a working class hero who wants more for him self! and as a producer, the guy makes music for Kanye West, and ghost produces for some the biggest names in dance music.......... all that in about 2 to 3 years?
