Thanks for your help! friends.wish.org/054-000/page/Quentin-Smelzer/Triathlon-For-Wishes!.htm Training log: 11/03/13: 1 mile run, yard work: leaves! 11/02/13: first annual Vicki Soto 5K run 11/01/13: pain! 10/31/13: 3 mile run, candy! 10/30/13: mountain bike, 50 mins. 10/29/13: swim, 20 minutes, 800 meters (I think) 10/28/13: trainer 10/27/13: mountain bike one hour followed by 1 mile run. 10/26/13: gym 10/25/13: run, 3miles 10/24/13: just found out I came in last place in my age group on the 20th. Sheesh! What are the rest of those guys eating for breakfast? Undetermined, did an hour of a yard work. 10/23/13: rest day (work travel) 10/22/13: 2.25 mile trail run 10/21/13: gym for arms and core plus 20 minute swim. nice! 10/20/13: 4 mile charity trail run for project warmth; 44:02 on the clock when I finished 10/19/13: yard work 10/18/13: rest day 10/17/13: swim, 20 minutes, was a struggle, and then a 30 minute run. medic! 10/16/13: gym, trainer kicked my butt, as usual! 10/15/13: run, 3 miles 10/14/13: yard work -- mowing an acre with a push mower counts! :) 10/13/13: vacation day, bicycle: 8 miles on Provincetown bike trail 10/12/13: vacation day, strolling in Hyannis 10/11/13: run, 2.8 miles, feeling faster 10/10/13: Received second donation, anonymous, $50 - Woo Hoo! Thanks! Swam 25 minutes but it was ugly! 10/09/13: No swim--too much work today :( Always tomorrow! 10/08/13: Gym today. Swim tomorrow? Hope so! 10/07/13: mountain bike, one hour 10/06/13: run, 3.1 miles 10/05/13: road bike, 18 miles 10/04/13: rest day 10/03/13: run, 3 miles 10/02/13: mountain bike, 50 minutes 10/01/13: swimming laps, 25 minutes 09/31/13: gym
