Thanks to everyone for all the love for my Spike. On his last day, he stopped eating and drinking, but was in no pain, just weak. I took him to his Vet and we gave him a sedative, which knocked him out, and then gave him the lethal dose of meds to stop his heart. He passed in my arms, with his loved ones near, and felt no pain. He just went to sleep. I buried him in the back yard, under a tree. I put flowers on his grave, and feel content that he is there, where I can go talk to him. Thanks again for all your love. I really love all my friends here on Facebook, even though I havent met most of you.
