Thankyou for your good wishes re: Sita. I had a bit of a eureka moment today when I realised I am taking domperidone myself when reading one of the posts I saw that it is used as leishguard....I would like to know a bit more about it ......when do you give this drug? Is it once the leish is either controlled or if in remission? Also how often should I get her bloods tested? Do I ask for a leish test or other blood disorders? Confused!!
