That MSNBC slogan and song Come With Me Now is so annoying to me. Its like chalk on a blackboard every time I hear it blaring out of the TV. So I was surprised when I Googled it and found its part of a pretty good song from an alt-rock band from South Africa. The video is pretty good too. I hope NBC paid the Kongos a lot of money...cause they pretty much ruined the song with the endless repetition of that one phrase, completely out of context . (Some of the otherlyrics: I think with my heart and I move with my head I open my mouth and its something Ive read I stood at this door before, Im told But a part of me knows that Im growing too old Confused what I thought with something I felt Confuse what I feel with something thats real I tried to sell my soul last night Funny, he wouldnt even take a bite Well, NBC took a bite.
