That moment when one feels completely connected with the audience. Walking tall, with no fear, no lack of confidence with a sense of happiness as the effort and sacrifices inside & outside the gym was well worth it. My preparations have always equated into high separations from the average and giving a damn about being successful daily can bring forth some enjoyment that only few can experience. Some people say Im lucky, that Im just Gifted well yes Im very lucky my Mom & Dad created me but I was willing to do the work and stand up to lifes challenges. Im encouraging everyone to find the stamina within today to create the necessary seeds and momentum for positive growth. Not just bodybuilding but in life. Youve gotta care though! You cant point fingers, you cant always complain, you cant become tired because the best rest is after youve crossed that finish line realizing you pushed yourself beyond limits. I know each and every one of you have a Gift, so stop riding that hamster wheel and lets start moving forward.
