The 13th New Zealand Venture is coming up in December 2015/January 2016. A Venture is the biggest national event in the Venturer section. Over two weeks, participants from all over Australia and New Zealand will live together and do awesome activities, make life-long friends and have a whole heap of fun! A Venture is similar to a Jamboree, except with the freedom and flexibility for Venturers to make the most of every opportunity. The chance to travel to New Zealand, with all the adrenaline activities, cultural experiences and iconic scenery makes this a once-in-lifetime adventure! Scouts Australia has been sending contingents to the New Zealand Venture for decades, and will be doing it all over again at the 13th New Zealand Venture in January 2016. In 2013, a record contingent of 534 Australians had the time of their lives during a memorable three weeks in NZ, and 2016 promises to be even bigger and better! Set in the Central North Island, we want you to join us on this volcanic-themed Venture as we enter the Inferno!
