The 2012 GOP candidates, each hoping to be the one to lose directly to President Obama, showed their true colors when Wolf Blitzer asked them flat-out: If a healthy 30-year-old does not purchase adequate health insurance and then ends up in the ICU with a life-threatening illness or injury, should he be allowed to die? The crowd of Republican faithful shouts, Yes! and Let him die! Unless a religious charity group will fund the treatment, Ron Paul is just fine with allowing the uninsured and under-insured to die for lack of readily-available treatment.
