The 5th and last day of the 5 day challenge that Sara Ransford laid on me. This has been exhausting (in a flu-afflicted way), but also fun to sift through my files and see what themes Ive been working on over the years. Todays theme is the importance of returning to one place repeatedly. All three of these are from the same morning behind Sepulveda Dam, November 9, 2013. How does that illustrate the theme? Well, this was our 20th+/- trip to this location. I know the places along the shore of this pond by heart, and my familiarity made it possible to take advantage of the great show of light and fog that morning. Its a bit like a fisherman who knows from experience where the big fish like to hang out. Only I get to keep the fish. Thanks for watching and liking and commenting!
