The 6,000 kcal danger dessert. Ingredients - 1-2 tablespoons coconut oil 1 block of butter 300g seed mix 100g desicated coconut 50g chia seeds 50g raisins 1 tablespoon honey 200g (2 bars) 85% chocolate Directions - Melt butter in a pan, melt coconut oil in a small dish over boiling water. Wait until both are melted. Add seeds, desicated coconut, and raisins to the butter. Add the honey to the butter. Break up the chocolate, add it to the coconut oil. Stir the seed mix until consistent, then put into a tray/tin foil, press it down, put in fridge until set (normally 20 mins). Once set, pour the chocolate over the top, put back in fridge. Cut into squares, enjoy. I use this as an emergency snack when Im out and about and need to fuel a movement session.... Not recommended for macro counters or people trying to lose weight. Those who move 4 hours + per day? Last night I ate half a tray, oops.
