The Accounts Payable (Creditors) Clerk My client, is a Leading NGO in the medical field and is based in Constantia Kloof (West Rand) Salary being offered is R10289 basic per month plus benefits The successful candidate must have: • Matric • 1 – 2 Years accounts payable clerk experience (Prior working experience in a financial environment) • MS (Excel, Word, Outlook) Basic Your busy and challenging day will include but not limited to: • Managing assigned creditors accounts and ensuring that all invoices are settled timeously • Maintaining good supplier relationships by on-going communication to achieve objective in areas of operations • Participate in flow information sharing with Head of Department through agreed channels to achieve operational objectives • Overtime required from time to time Competencies required: • Analytical Thinking • Attention to detail • Problem solving • Ethical Behaviour • Excellent Orientation • Planning, organising and monitoring • Self management • Teamwork • Customer service orientation • Relationship building • Communication • Business and Financial Acumen • Systems Competence If you have good management and problem solving skills please email [email protected]
