The Army Birthday 10 Miler Qualifier/5K will be held on June 15 beginning at Gammon Physical Fitness Center. Check in begins at 5 a.m. and a safety briefing will begin at 6:45 a.m. The races begins at 7 a.m. The race is open to the public. Eligibility for qualifying for the Fort Knox Team is only for current Active Duty stationed at Fort Knox. The top finishers will be selected to create a mixed team of eight – six males and two females. Registration is online at knoxmwr through WebTrac or the day of the race up until the safety briefing. Pre-registration closes on June 7 at 7:30 p.m. The cost is $10 per person and includes refreshments, t-shirts and awards. (Applications received after pre-registration and day of race registrants will not be guaranteed a t-shirt.) Pre-race and post-race chair massages will be available.
