The Australian Bach Society is delighted to host a special concert in honour of Dr. Norbert Lammert, Visiting President of the German Bundestag (Parliament) on the eve of his much anticipated speech ‘Germany and the European Union – 25 years after the Peaceful Revolution’ at RMIT’s EU Centre on Friday 31 October 2014. The concert ‘Peace – Hope – Unity’ will take place on Thursday 30 October 2014 7:00 pm at the German Church 22 Parliament Place East Melbourne. Admission is free – donations are welcome. No registration required. The Bach Society invites all our friends and their friends in joining us for this special concert with some wonderful music, old and new in the presence of Dr.Lammert, the German Ambassador Dr. Christoph Müller and other dignitaries.
