The Bible is just rich with promises and with verses that refer to the promises. The verses that refer to the eternal promises are not the ones that make the promises they just reinforce the significance of the promises. Have you seen these verses that are the underlying current of eternal promises? Take Galatians 4:7 for example; Now you are no longer a slave but Gods own child. And since you are His child, God has made you his heir. Did you see the connectivity to the eternal promises? Being an heir of God says that there is an inheritance and if there is an inheritance then we are partakers of the kingdom of God. The kingdom of God is eternal and we shall have a part in that eternal inheritance with God There is a strong undercurrent of references to the eternal promises of God running throughout the Word of God. Nuff said God bless Bob McLeod
