The CMs at the Disney Travel Co. must really love their jobs. I have called several times over the last month regarding all kinds of random questions not on their site, and not one has been fake-nice, or anything less than genuinely helpful. Its really nice. Their automated system goes directly to an operator, and doesnt ask push 1 for English. And the best part? All of them clearly speak English as a first language. I get so sick of calling any company with a question or problem, only to get the run-around on the automated system and then someone who speaks English like I speak Russian... which is not at all.
