The Cherokee Returns- Okay, so Jeep is bringing back the Cherokee after switching to the new Liberty design back in 02 (although, truth be told, the name Cherokee was kept in the overseas market). This is all well and good since they messed up the Libertys design and made it look like a Dodge Nitro (if I wanted to drive a Dodge Nitro Id...well, no, Id still buy the Jeep). But...wasnt the redesign of the grand new Compass supposed to be the smaller alternative to the Grand Cherokee? While Im pleased theyve ditched the Nitro-looking Liberty in favor of the...interesting...looking Cherokee, Im just wondering what in the world is going on with their marketing department.
