The Chester County ARC has, unfortunately, joined the campaign to de-fund Special Education Students at AGCS and other Bricks-and-Mortar Charter Schools throughout Chester County. What a pity that a school like AGCS which has been so sensitive to the needs of special education students should be attacked in such a cynical and politically-motivated manner. The ARC has betrayed the students it proports to serve. I would encourage every parent of every Avon Grove Charter School Special Education student to contact the ARC and inquire about why politics have become more important than children for their organization. thearc.org
