The CrossFit Games Week announcements!!! Coach Matt will be out all week to help Cass kill it. All classes will go as scheduled. The only caveat to the schedule is 630am class will be replaced with a 1 hour Open gym. Coaches will be present to help out but this Open gym time will not follow our normal class format. You are welcome to work on anything you like or do the daily programming at the coaches discretion. Follow each event and watch Cassidy live streaming on the CrossFit Games site. Also, check for updates on FB, Instagram, and twitter. Finally, the Harps as usual have graciously opened up their home to the Stormcenter to watch the Games on Sat July 26th from 6-10pm.
