The Edmonton Dragon Boat festival Association needs your help! You do not need to be a paddler to help so please share this information to anyone you know who may be interested in helping out. The EDBFA currently has a total of 6 board members to run both the practice season and Festival and we require help in the following areas: Equipment: ● Director of Equipment ● Committee members Site And Storage: ● Director or Site and Storage ● Committee Lead and Members Administration: ● Grants Committee lead and members, ● Team Information Packages committee lead and members ● Volunteer Committee lead – Bingos, other fundraising, VSC ● Historian Committee lead and members ● Policy or Governance Committee lead and members Operations: ● Coaching pool committee lead ● Member at Large Director ● Membership Drive Committee lead members Festival: ● Race Director ● Race day Officials – timing tent, starter ● Marshaling / Dock Coordinator ● Merchandise Tent Coordinator ● Beverage Tent Coordinator ● Medals/Trophies Coordinator ● Volunteers in General (non paddlers preferred) Please email [email protected] for further information or to offer your support!
