The Fix is Not In The proposed fix by the Whitehouse is an insincere and untenable move of desperation. The ACA cannot be fixed America! Why? Many are asking this question. Please consider the following: 1. The fix is not in because state insurance regulations take months to approve for the various insurance companies that operate in the individual states. 2. The fix to keep your plan if you like your plan mantra is another empty promise. Many of those former plans are no longer available to people because they are no longer in force or those companies who offered them are not allowed to operate in those states of the previously insured before the passage of the law. 3. The legislative branch of the United States of America has the single and exclusive duty to pass law, executive speeches cannot make law. America you can call your elected representative that neither this law or the present proposal are acceptable. Tell them that you want to choose what is best for you and your family. Tell them that no law is acceptable that puts the government and the irs in charge of your God given right to choose! This is America! Finally, remember this betrayal when you go to vote in 2014 and 16. Require those who supported or voted for this unconstitutional law to pay the price for their transgression. Vote them out! I have made my removal list for the upcoming cycle. You should begin making yours, too! I would love to compare notes with you !
