The GOOD, the BAD, and the APPLICATION +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ NOAH, a movie by Paramount Pictures, is coming out this Friday (March 28). Its always a double-edged sword when Hollywood decides to bring the Bible to the big screen, and this time is no different. Dont get me wrong--the movie looks great! But Im equally saddened that the movie might be substituted for the real thing for the current and future generations who have been regarded as the most biblically-illiterate generation of all time (this is a sweeping generalization, so dont flame me if you are an exception). So here are some balanced thoughts from a respected thinker about this movie that you might find helpful.
