The Home Office puts a Private College on years of Journey to - TopicsExpress

The Home Office puts a Private College on years of Journey to achieve the Highly Trusted Status (HTS) to prove beyond doubt that they are a bona fide Institution. Once they achieve that status and the students trust them to pay the tuition fees to start their courses, the Home Office makes a non-issue an issue to revoke their Tier 4 License. The recent example of ETS causing dozens of Private Colleges to lose their Tier 4 License was one example of how the Home Office blamed the Private Colleges for their own failure. ETS Students went on to study at the Universities as well but those Universities were not even touched. The whole of the ETS inquiry was kept top secret and only the punishments were handed out to a chosen few, COINCIDENTLY all Private Colleges, with no right of appeal. Thousands of International Students are returning back to their home countries telling stories of how they have been ripped off by the UK Government. Most of them are returning back when they had never done ETS but because their colleges do not have the License to sponsor them. Congratulations for reducing the net migration at the cost of Justice. An independent inquiry into the ETS Scam must be launched and representation from Private Colleges must be taken. All the findings and statistics must be made public so that the public and International Students can continue to place their trust on the Home Office. Members of Public must have access to the document detailing findings. And if it is proven that Private Colleges have fulfilled their Sponsorship duties just as the Universities did, the Home Office should publicly apologise the tens of thousands of International Students that it made to suffer. The Home Office should also re-instate the Tier 4 License of their Sponsors with full dignity and respect. sign for petition please https://change.org/p/david-cameron-mp-james-brokenshire-transparent-public-inquiry-into-the-ets-scam-to-be-launched-and-private-colleges-to-be-given-a-fair-chance-to-defend-their-position
