The House of Representatives just passed their stopgap budget bill to fund all government programs at their current level through 15 December; with the provision of no funding for Obamacare. The bill now goes to the Democrat controlled Senate and then to the President. Either the Senate or the President can elect to not support the bill and as a result allow the government to go unfunded effective 1 October.
