The India Inclusion Summit 2014 was truly a celebration of the human spirit. Recognising our connectedness, it brought together people from every strata of society and every type of ability together. Soulfree founder, Preethi Srinivasan was a host at the summit, Going into the event, I had absolutely no idea what it had in store for me, but the experience was truly mind-boggling! It was truly a pleasure and a privilege to have the opportunity to meet, interact with and introduce several key personalities like Arnab Goswami, Nazeeruddin Shah, Ani Choying Drolma, Awanish Kumar Awasthi, Bharat Dhabolkar, Sudha Menon, Naveen Gulia and the gem amongst them all, Dr Arun Shourie. I truly feel blessed for having been given such an opportunity and hope that by being the face and voice of this invisible section of society I can raise greater awareness and sensitisation about the need for action in our society, to uplift the positively-abled.
