The Kidney Foundation and Pam Logan Mike Tyo Bruce Hill and myself created this award in Honour of my dear friend Leanne McDougall Leanne McDougall Heart of the Transplant Community Award - for transplant recipients, organ donors and donor families who through their personal journey make an exemplary contribution to raising awareness about organ and tissue donation. I think it speaks nicely to Leannes amazing legacy.
