The Lady Knights ran in the Southeastern District Invitational - TopicsExpress

The Lady Knights ran in the Southeastern District Invitational this past weekend in Chesapeake. They faced stiff competition in large public schools as well as conference competitor Norfolk Academy. The Varsity A team led by Martine H. placed 3rd our of 21 teams. Emily T. and Julia M. both broke the 21 minute barrier for the first time running 20:40 and 20:59 respectively. Abby T. also ran a personal best time of 21:50. The Varsity B team had its best finish yet to finish 5th out of 13 teams. Allison A., Tracy C., and Nicole H. all earned season personal best times. Naima S. ran to a career personal best time by improving 1:58. Congratulations to all the Lady Knights for their great race!
