The Law that protects the Judiciary cannot be interpreted to - TopicsExpress

The Law that protects the Judiciary cannot be interpreted to protect those members of the Judiciary that have committed the crime of abuse of legal process. Because despite the High Court Judges interpreting it that way in the past, in order to protect themselves and other Judges, keeping them immune from prosecution... They have evaded the fact that any Judge who breaches the Law through fraud has breached his oath of office. This immediately breaks the contract. The Judge no longer holds office and may therefore be prosecuted in the same way as any other citizen. If some one can tell me where I anm wrong I will be most interested and grateful because at this time I believe we are ruled by the Judiciary who are tyrants under the law as they interpret it as they would wish it to be, and not how the legislators intended.
