The MAJOR DAMAGE to Bookies kidneys and mind happened on DAY 50 while I was right there attending. He was taken out for a full day of CONTRASTING CT SCANS to identify vascular problems. He had a bad reaction to the dye, which nurses explained is not rare at all. His kidneys are slowly repairing to a functional level but are permanently damaged.
