The Mac/Apple Corp. is the most bullshit incompetent company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with! Literally one week ago (July 4th) the battery on my iphone died and it never turned back on. So naturally I call AT&T who inform me that even though I purchased my iphone from their store they can not help me and I need to take it to Apple. So I take my iphone there which they say to me that they have never seen this problem before, my iphone has crashed, and there is nothing they can do to fix it, since it is still in warranty they can issue me a new one. Ok fine, however I have pictures of my son on that iphone that were not backed through icloud like they should have been so I ask what can I do to recover them. They proceed to refer me to an outside data recovery company that let me know it can take up to 3 months and cost anywhere between $500min. to $5,000max!!!!! Of course Apple is not going to pay for this and if I dont then I lose evey picture and video I have of Knox (all 1,200 of them). So, I ask in the meantime can they issue me a new iphone and their response is NO, not without returning the faulty one. Which, obvioulsy, I can not do until I receive it back from the data recovery company. I have spent countless hours on the phone and not one Apple employee can say there is a replacement phone and we will give you 90 days to return the fautly one with no charge. Oh and all AT&T can do is isssue me a simple flip phone and I have to pay $20 for it plus activation fees!!! So I still have no cell phone and have recieved no help! Needless to say I am am beyond frustrated and never want to purchase another Apple product again. Also if anyone has tried to get ahold of me on my cell and I have not gotten back to you this is why!
