The Mall Outrage - So, starting in April, if you spend $1000 at The Mall, you will pay an additional $10. This fee will update The Mall, possibly bring in new stores, and hopefully make the Hays shopping scene more relevant. Based on the posts Ive seen, that said $10 will practically bankrupt families across this county. Hmmm. And to avoid paying such an outrageous fee, those outraged have promised to drive 1.5-4 hours one way to avoid this fee. Yet, pay similar fees at their new shopping destination?? Ridiculous!! Proud of those commissioners who are at least trying to do something good for this community!!
