The Music on the Patio is now Officially over !!! At Smackwater Jacks !! Thank you to all our 1200 patrons and supporters who signed our Petition to bring the Music Back , But we didnt even get a chance to plead our case to the Municipality . Our Neighbours on the other side of the river went directly to AGCO and had a private meeting and advised them that there would be no compromises, and they would not tolerate any music at any time of the Day or Evening coming from our Patio . So i was formally advised by our inspector that we have lost our privilege to be able to have any outdoor live music because of their continual complaints. Our next step is to take it to court , unfortunately the restaurant is not at a position , to try this in the near future . But you can have great food , friendly conversations and one hell of a sunset from the Patio !!
