The Nashville Police Department made several arrests and last Tuesday, they responded to at 9-1-1 call from Little Nashville for a report of an unruly subject. They arrived on the scene and arrested 31-year old Jerald L. Phillips of Centralia for Aggravated Assault and Disorderly Conduct. According to the report, he allegedly was intoxicated and made lewd remarks and other statements to employee Ella Pritchard and another employee, which caused her to believe she would be in danger, as well as it was a breach of peace. He also allegedly stated he was going to harm Pritchard and another employee. His bond was $1,500 and he is out of jail. There was a domestic battery call at approximately 11 PM on Sunday at a residence on the 800 block of South Mill Street. 29-year old Michael A. Snider of Nashville allegedly battered his girlfriend, 28-year old Tiffany Frech, also of Nashville, by striking her in the face and putting his hand on her neck. 24-year old Brandi Kendall of Robinson reported that Snider allegedly pushed her to the ground also. He has been charged with Domestic Battery and Battery. Bond is $3,000, but he is out of jail now. He is not allowed to have any contact of any kind with either victim, including that of social media.
