The Old Civic, Forestville. I woke up at 7am and all I could think about was the Wise Guy burger review from this place. Thinking it may be on the menu all day I headed there at 830am. Much disappoint. Although their breakfast menu is a winner! I got the breakfast burger - chorizo, American jack cheese, egg, tomato, relish and added bacon to it. $17.50 with the $4 for added bacon. This is the unicorn of breakfast burgers. NOMFG it was incredible. As I pressed down the burger before my first bite gooey yolk oozed out so it was time to dig in. A perfectly soft bun, smokey chorizo and the jack cheese doing an excellent job to hold it all together was simply incredible. If there was an option to add a hash brown for some crunch I wouldve added it but still this was magical. 4.99999/5.
