The Path of the Warrior I am the Path to G-d, and weekend - TopicsExpress

The Path of the Warrior I am the Path to G-d, and weekend warriors need not apply. I am The Path of the Warrior, and if you allow me a moment of your time, I would like to describe to you, in no uncertain terms, what to expect, and what is expected of you. I will test you, and test you hard. *False unicorns and pixie dust impressions of Love will be shattered. The Kingdom of Heaven will not tolerate an imposter. Societys false conceptions of Love are just that - false and self serving. At worst you will wreak of hypocrisy, and at best you will become a pasty faced repeater of scriptural dogma. The road to hell is paved with good intentions. ~ Matthew 7:13 Enter through the narrow gate; for the gate is wide and the way is broad that leads to destruction, and there are many who enter through it. For the gate is small and the way is narrow that leads to life, and there are few who find it. *Do not expect your immediate environment to understand. At worst you will have their scorn, and at best you will have their apathy. Fight the ego, and its agents will hurt YOU, to protect IT. ~ Luke 14:26: If any man come to Me and hate not his father and mother, and wife and children, and brethren and sisters, yea, and his own life also, he cannot be My disciple. *Make no mistake about it, the enemy that guards the gate to the The Kingdom is a cunning one. He has been testing man since time innumerable, and the ground is littered with the bones of those who have taken him lightly. First you will begin to see through the intentions of others, and you will laugh. Then, the lens will be turned onto your own egoic nature, and you will realize the true weight of your endeavor to break free from its grip. With every challenge you conquer, two more will be on the horizon. ~ Fundamentals of Chess 1883: “The only way to get smarter is by playing a smarter opponent.” *To be born again, first you must die - and it will be painful. Every illusion, temporal pleasure, and meaningless desire will be stripped from you bit by bit - and you will watch this process unfold daily. The Truth comes at price - and it is payed in your blood, your tears, and your sanity (or what you erroneously believed it to be). You will experience melancholy and pits the likes of which you would have otherwise never imagined. Every string the ego impulse controls you with must and will be cut. What is born of the flesh, will die in the flesh. Before you reach the land flowing with milk and honey, you will wander the desert. Before you cross the red sea of earthly desire, your heart will be plagued. Before you taste the divine fruits, and drink from the Lords pristine waters, you will see no flavor in the work - because committing to the work for a reward, would enslave you more than what already does. No, this endeavor will need to be above reason. Before a seed becomes a mighty tree, it must rot in the dark soil, and lose its identity. You will not see the Light of Day, without experiencing the dark of night first. And you will be baptized in both Water and Fire. ~John 3:5: Jesus answered, “Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God. That which is born of the flesh is flesh, and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. Do not marvel that I said to you, ‘You must be born again. However, should you stand strong through these trials, one drop of friendship with another kindred soul on The Path will taste sweeter than a sea of drunken nights out. Therefore, dont flinch when adversity hits you, because one glimmer of Truth will be more beautiful than all the false lights the prince of this world can blind you with. Be vigilant when you are baptized with fire, because it will only burn in you what is not the real you. When what enslaves you dies, it will take you down with it - but only one of you is immortal, and only one of you will rise again. Your Will will be tested, and tested hard. ~ The Story of the Fish: There was once a fish that was very easy to catch, and sold for a very high price. This drew in fishermen in droves, who sought to make a hefty profit. There was however, a problem. When the fishermen would try to ship the fish to anywhere distant, the fish would lose its muscle mass from lack of exercise, and its taste with it. Even worse, a large portion of them would simply die. The fishermen tried to ship it in bigger containers, so that the fish would have more room to swim about, and maintain its muscle - but this would not work. The fish instinctively knew its faith was sealed, and saw no reason to stay active. One day, a clever fishermen had a bright idea. He began to ship the fish in the same container, and the same distance - but this time, he would also ship its natural predator with it. The fish would swim furiously to escape its natural enemy. It would do this during the duration of the entire trip - and would grow stronger and even more robust by the time it was finished being delivered. I am The Path, and I will turn your noodle spine into a rod of steel. JC
