The Patron of SASMEF and Chancellor of the UWC, His Grace, The Anglican Archbishop of Cape Town, The Most Reverend Dr. Thabo Thabo Madiye Makgoba, has given the nod of approval for SASMEF and partners, the department of economic science and management at the UWC Chancellors Round Table to explore the possibilities of calling an Economic Codesa – perhaps a Commission of Economic Reconciliation in SA – CERSA – to report the findings, recommendations and proposals at the Formal Meeting of the UWC Round Table to be held at the end of 2014. The SME voice would be critical to these talks which SASMEF commence shortly.
