The Promise of the Jewish Messiah and Savior of the World is - TopicsExpress

The Promise of the Jewish Messiah and Savior of the World is replete in the scripture describing him, his life, the time of his appearing and his office. Most notably the TIME of his appearing is clear in Genesis 49:10 where Jacob who IS Israel clearly prophesies that the scepter shall not depart from Judah nor a lawgiver from between his feet until Shiloh (Messiah) comes. This promise is unavoidable as the scepter departed from Judah when Herod (the Edomite) was, through political intrigue, elected King of Judah........But at THAT TIME Isaiahs promise was fulfilled For to us a child is born, to us a son is given: and the government shall be on his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counselor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace. Isaiah 9:6. I urge my Jewish, Muslim, Hindu and yes even Christian friends to consider what really happened at the birth of Jesus, Yshua ha Mashiach. For we have all sinned and Not One has fulfilled the Law except the Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world. This is a faithful saying and worthy of all acceptation. For therefore we both labor and suffer reproach, because we trust in the living God, who is the Savior of all men, especially of those that believe. I Timothy 4:10 Brothers, my hearts desire and prayer to God for Israel is, that they might be saved. For I bear them record that they have a zeal of God, but not according to knowledge. For they being ignorant of Gods righteousness, and going about to establish their own righteousness, have not submitted themselves to the righteousness of God. For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to every one that believes. For Moses describes the righteousness which is of the law, That the man which does those things ( Perfectly without exception) shall live (Eternally) by them. But the righteousness which is of faith speaks on this wise, Say not in your heart, Who shall ascend into heaven? (that is, to bring Christ down from above:) Or, Who shall descend into the deep? (that is, to bring up Christ again from the dead.) But what said it? The word is near you, even in your mouth, and in your heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach; That if you shall confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus, and shall believe in your heart that God has raised him from the dead, you shall be saved. For with the heart man believes to righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made to salvation. For the scripture said, Whoever believes on him shall not be ashamed. For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich to all that call on him. For whoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved. The Jewish Pharisee and member of the Sanhedrin, Paul of Tarsus in the letter to the Romans 6 Let us go straight to Bethlehem then, and see this thing that has happened which the Lord has made known to us.
